Architectural lighting of the Town Hall in the Novgorod Region improves visibility at night, but in the first place, it highlights the beauty and uniqueness of this landmark building.
The major overhaul proposal will help with several things at once:
- help with safety and navigation at night,
- highlight the Town Hall , which is an important public facility,
- create the vibrant and cozy atmosphere,
- make the city more interesting for tourists.
