The Novoselye Art Cluster is a system of interconnected solutions spanning recreational spaces (parks, squares, and urban gardens), pedestrian paths designed as art routes, and dedicated art venues, including the Youth Cultural and Leisure Complex. The concept incorporates several themed walking and cycling routes, where every object along the path is unique and carries a distinct semantic purpose. The project as a whole is grounded in two core themes: the flora and fauna of the Leningrad Region as a reflection of local identity, and the surrealism of Salvador Dalí.
Depicting animals on children's facilities fosters an early appreciation of form and color among the younger generation, helping them identify themselves within space. The sculptural forms within the park spaces evoke interest and emotion, encouraging dialogue and awareness. Together, these elements create a unique, novel environment for living and development.
