About the project
Novoye Gorelovo is a full-blown self-sufficient housing development at the border of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. This comfort-class residential complex consists of 12 multi-storey buildings, most of which are already inhabited. It’s a unique living environment with numerous types of social, cultural, entertainment, retail and recreational infrastructure.
The first kindergarten is already working, and another one is under construction. There will also be two schools, one of which will open this year. The fire station is complete, as well as the promenade, a playhub, bike lanes, jogging tracks, various green recreation areas, cafes and other public spaces.
