About the project
The project for the beautification and landscaping of the grounds of a reconstructed plant in the picturesque bay of the Black Sea pursues a number of goals. First and foremost, it is the creation of a high-quality urban environment at the modern tourist-and-industrial complex of the plant. All the solutions and design concept for the park and squares are based on the idea of careful treatment of the local nature and the historical and cultural heritage of the underground grottoes and Golitsyn’s buildings. Secondly, the project offers to create a comfortable public space that will become a new landmark of Novy Svet.
