About the project
This comfort-class complex is located in the Vyborgsky district and consists of two 13-storey houses. They are united by a yard with playgrounds for children, outdoor gyms, and paved pedestrian paths with soft lighting. There are bicycle racks, a spacious open parking lot and an underground parking for cars. The yards are car-free. One of the buildings houses a kindergarten with an independent yard.
The apartments have different layouts and 2 optional color schemes – Vanilla and Chocolate. Larger family apartments – only 4 per floor – are located in a separate block. Some of the apartments have a room for a winter garden.
