About the project
The designed office and business center will be 13 floors high, with a through arched passageway at the 1st floor level.
Beautification of the site includes pedestrian walkways (wide enough for a fire truck to drive along), lawns, planting of trees and bushes, and installation of basic and decorative lighting systems.
The main finishing material is clinker tiling, and the highlight of the building is the stained glass object with stemalite inserts. At the entrances, antiskid tiling is used.
