Office Building in an Industrial District

The building is located within an area of established urban development, where business activity coexists with fragments of a former industrial environment. The lower levels form a heavier base for the building and are oriented toward interaction with the urban environment. Large stained-glass openings, arched elements, and a rhythmic facade grid create a sense of openness and emphasise the public character of the ground floors. The facades are built on a combination of brick plasticity, light-coloured inserts, and large glazing. Red-brown brick forms the main volume and references the industrial aesthetics of the district and the city's recognisability, while the darker base lends the building stability and visual depth. Vertical articulations, projecting piers, and large window frames reinforce the rhythm of the facade, creating a strict yet expressive image. The office building project in the industrial ZIP district is not merely a reconstruction of the environment. It is an attempt to rethink the industrial heritage of Krasnodar and turn it into a source of new identity.
