The authors didn’t come up with this proposal for no reason. Currently, a large-scale reconstruction and extension project is being implemented at the urban embankment.
As soon as the new beautified recreation space will be opened and the industrial enterprises will be rearranged and relocated to another districts, a conceptually new multifunctional venue will be the best thing to build.
This is a project of a landmark featuring unique architectural style at the shoreline in Saratov with highly effective design of the embankment. The new center will definitely become an attraction place both for locals and tourists.
