About the project
For their office, the architects found a place in the residential area with privately owned houses near the Botanical Garden. It is a tranquil district, where population density is much lower than in the city centre. When choosing a site, the architects looked for a beautiful setting, as in their opinion, the opportunity to contemplate nature is essential for top-quality work.
The authors tried to set certain boundaries in use of textures, so they used the same pattern of concrete white blocks of their own design.
It perfectly matches the light concrete cover, makes the volume more integral, and the space – more sculptural.
