About the project
The design site is located not far from the Novokuznetskaya Metro station. In the south, it has access to Sadovnicheskaya Embankment of the Vodootvodnoy Channel. The project includes construction of a new modern 4-storey office building with underground parking instead of the existing 2-storey facility. The ground floor will comprise an entrance group and a café; the 1st to the 3rd floors are designed for office premises, directors’ studies, conference rooms, and recreation venues. The facades will be clad with natural or faux stone, colored façade tiling, ceramic granite, plastered surfaces, and vintage ornamental sun catching windows.
