The project's concept is built upon the motif of a crystal lattice as a nod to the theme of chemistry. Visually, the unit paving emphasizes the site's spatial layout and the connectivity between functional zones via a strict grid, while seamlessly accommodating pedestrian circulation. However, the paving perimeter remains irregular, encouraging scenarios of spontaneous wandering akin to Brownian motion.

The grounds feature an educational science area designed for outdoor classes, alongside a dedicated playground for children aged 5 to 12. For adults, the scheme offers a central plaza featuring a public art installation, urban swings, and a "sensory garden" filled with potted flora. All pre-existing site vegetation has been preserved to act as a "green" buffer between zones, creating a sense of natural comfort and seclusion.
