Project Residential Complex on the Okhta River Embankment
Category Best Student Project of Building or Facility
About the project (provided by the applicant) The residential complex project was developed as part of the planning of a quarter on the banks of the Okhta River in Saint Petersburg. It focuses on the comprehensive development of the territory in accordance with current regulatory requirements. The architectural appearance of the complex is based on a unified façade concept along the embankment, taking into account the identity of the district and sunlight exposure requirements.
The complex consists of eight sections with variable floor heights, featuring apartments of different layouts: one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units. The first two floors are allocated for commercial spaces, and the ground floor also includes a parking area, providing the possibility of creating a car-free private courtyard on the second floor. The adjacent embankment is landscaped and offers spaces for quiet and active recreation, as well as convenient access to the water.
