About the project
The new stages of the Olympia estate in Sevastopol consist of 2 five-story buildings with underground parking.
The main task was to create a comfortable living space using modern finishing materials. The new stages are a continuation of the previously built houses in ideology but differ in architectural style. The facades feature the neoclassical style, with strict lines and proportions, symmetrical shapes, and soothing colours. To add elegance, bright metal elements are used in the balconies and roof railings.
