About the project
Located in Penza, this residential development borders on the Arbekovsky Woods. This is why every morning its residents get inspired with natural landscapes. The Olympic alley for doing sports is just a 5-minutes’ walk from it.
The Moscow-based sp architect studio designed some flexible layouts for it. The assortment of residential premises includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and there is an underground parking, too.
The vehicle-free courtyard has lots of plants, a playground, and a football patch for the locals. The security system is quite exclusive as it included 300+ surveillance cameras and a virtual concierge, and the premises can be accessed only by key holders.
