"The Heart of Omsk"
"The Heart of Omsk" is a new public square located next to the Viktor Blinov Sports and Concert Complex in Omsk.
The project concept revolves around summer sports adapted to Siberian conditions. Commissioned by Avangard Hockey Club, supported by Gazprom Neft PJSC, Sber PJSC, and the Omsk Region Administration, Might of Light constructed 5 pavilions that house functions perfectly synergistic with each other and the sports complex:
Amphitheater with an open-air stage. A venue for city celebrations, cultural events, and live sports screenings.
Active recreation areas. Dedicated zones for padel, streetball, beach volleyball, streetlifting, yoga, and dancing.
Children's play area.
Panoramic cafe.
Atmospheric winter ice rink flowing along the pathways of the square.
A standout feature of the space is the running cafe, equipped with showers, gear lockers, and a dining area tailored for the cycling and running community.

About the Applicant
Might of Light creates unique spaces based on real estate properties: it comes up with concepts, implements them, and then manages the finished properties.
