About the project
This house is located in a picturesque suburb of St. Petersburg. The objective of the project was to build a laconic form with regular finishing materials. All the living quarters outlook south. The sitting room with a kitchen at Level 1 are connected to the terrace. At the same floor, there are guest bedrooms and technical zones. Level 2 is private - there are a master bedroom and children rooms. Concrete, white plaster, glass, and natural wood make the architectural solutions even more laconic, and the night lighting enhance the minimalistic look.
