Organ Concert Hall

In the historic center of Smolensk, construction of a new cultural landmark, the "House of Music" featuring a 250-seat organ hall, took place over the past four years, culminating in its long-awaited opening this February. Drawing upon the design and engineering expertise of the Mariinsky Theatre's concert halls, the new organ hall was realized in strict accordance with modern acoustic standards.

In keeping with the overall architectural concept, the hall is designed in a classical tradition. The decorative wall panels feature hand-painted artwork executed by professional artists from Smolensk under the direction of Anton Svoboda. The interior incorporates gypsum columns, decorative moldings, and natural hardwood parquet flooring.
