City Manor in Orlovo-Davydovsky is the only manor in central Moscow featuring its own 2-hectare private park with 200-year-old oaks, maples, and ash trees, complete with a linden alley meticulously restored according to archival drawings.

Built in the 19th century just 3 km from the Kremlin by order of Count Orlov-Davydov, this ensemble of 4 late-Eclectic mansions has been masterfully restored: 80% of the historical brickwork was preserved, the palace-style windows were painstakingly recreated by hand, and the historic Monier vaulted ceilings were reinforced. The facades of two mansions are adorned with exceptionally rare, carefully restored mosaic icons framed in gold smalt, depicting Saints Olga and Panteleimon.

Behind the historic facades lie functional layouts and luxurious appointments—ranging from a private boiler house to dumbwaiters for food service. An underground level houses a parking facility alongside space for 3 swimming pools. All buildings and the parking area are connected by a convenient underground gallery.
