Located 37 km away from the center of Baku, this villa community will comprise 17 houses that will feature the similar style, layouts, and architectural solutions, but will have different areas. The villas are located with due regard to the sun movement so that enough natural light penetrates through the windows.
Locals will have full access to the beautified public premises. There will be lots of benches, green plants, and various lamps to create an enjoyable atmosphere for family recreation.
