A reinterpretation of the historical styles of the surrounding buildings resulted in a restrained and strict façade with large windows and a disciplined rhythm of façade elements. The building is fully integrated into the urban context while meeting all modern trends in luxury residential architecture. The project includes only 27 apartments with convenient contemporary layouts. The underground parking accommodates 74 cars (almost three parking spaces per apartment!). From each fourth-floor apartment, there is a private staircase to an exclusive rooftop area, offering even more spectacular views of the river. A distinctive feature of the project is the entrance area with a comfortable lobby and a reception desk 5.2 meters high.
