Project Low-rise Residential Complex for Young Families
Best Implemented Capital Construction Project in St. Petersburg
About the project (provided by the applicant) The residential complex is designed in the style of Scandinavian minimalism, human-scaled and reflecting the principles of humanism in the creation of living environments. These ideas are embodied both in the functional and stylistically consistent architecture and in the carefully considered landscaping of the area. The complex consists of five four-story apartment buildings. Four buildings have four sections each, and one has two sections. The sections are connected by loggias, creating a sense of airiness and spatial lightness.
The layout of the complex is designed to form comfortable courtyard spaces for each building, while also providing sufficient parking spaces, bicycle parking, children’s and sports playgrounds, and recreation areas. All entrances are accessible at ground level. Access for people with limited mobility is ensured by passenger elevators on every floor.
