The Park of the 70th Anniversary of Victory in Salekhard covers an area of 19.8 hectares; the core of the complex is the Pantheon, inside which the eternal flame burns.

The aesthetics of perception are embedded in the details of the project: skilled work with heterogeneous materials, from reflective surfaces to dark bronze statues, correctly “directed” light-and-shadow accents that enhance the volume, depth, and figurative perception of each object within the overall composition, as well as the use of different lighting equipment — from floodlighting to pinpoint narrow-beam and contour lighting.

The creation of a unified ensemble of architectural and artistic lighting with defined dominants helps to guide the attention of observers and creates a special atmosphere that immerses visitors in emotional experiences and “brings to life” the historical aspects.
