Park Residential complex

The goal — creating a sustainable, balanced urban environment.

Analysis revealed the district’s identity: proximity to Losiny island and Sokolniki, an industrial and theatrical past, and a deficit of modern public spaces, leisure, and small business areas.

The project addresses block fragmentation and weak socio-cultural infrastructure. The key element is a theater square featuring a lightweight multifunctional theater-amphitheater. This space for performances, lectures, and festivals becomes a cultural core and reinforces historical identity.

The complex implements the "15-minute city" concept: housing, work, services, and leisure — all within walking distance. The project includes rental housing for entrepreneurs and employees, offices, and retail spaces, providing a sustainable fiscal and social impact.

The architecture responds to the context: the high-rise strategy ensures a smooth transition from mid- to high-rise development, creates protected courtyards, and enhances the street silhouette.
