About the project
The apart-hotel is 70 m away from the beach in the very centre of Alushta, with direct access to the Primorsky Park. The building is designed in compliance with the Crimean southern coastal architecture traditions of the late 19th century. The upper floor features a metal facade.
The building has 6 floors and an underground parking. On Level 1, there is a lobby and commercial premises. Levels 2 to 5 are studio apartments, and there are apartments with sun lounges on Level 6.
The apart-hotel also has a flat roof with a mini-SPA and a bar.
