Pearl of the East Towers

Pearl of the East Towers residential complex is a contemporary architectural concept inspired by Eastern culture and ornamentation. Situated in the heart of Tashkent, the complex comprises two striking towers bound by a shared architectural vision and public spaces.

The building facades feature decorative elements reminiscent of Eastern honeycomb patterns. This intricate motif not only crafts a distinctive aesthetic identity but also serves a practical shading function, which is vital for the region's hot climate. Nestled between the two towers is a public space conceived as a «pearl»—housing a restaurant and a multi-tiered courtyard lush with abundant greenery. Reminiscent of a modern winter garden, this atmosphere fosters a cozy environment for relaxation and gathering.

The lower tiers of the complex form a stylobate base: the lower levels accommodate a commercial block featuring spaces for retail, services, and public functions. Above rise the residential levels of the towers. The towers are interconnected by skybridges.
