About the project
This building is inspired by penguins, which are a symbol of harmony and coexistence with love and peace. The use of minimal style creates a sense of simplicity and comfort and harmony with the surrounding nature. The green space is connected to the roof garden by a ramp. In the exterior of the building, we used white cement, which is waterproof and reflects light and heat , is recyclable and affordable. The design of the windows connects the interior and the green space ,and natural light is used during the day. The design of the swimming pool and the greenery of the garden have doubled the visual appeal of this beach villa.
