About the project
The reconstructed building comprises places for meetings, leisure, and enlightenment intended for the young people.
It was made easily accessible by the disabled, as it got an elevator and special lifts in the lobby and the auditorium.
The internal spaces and the facades were modified during reconstruction, whereas engineering utilities were totally replaced. The lobby at the main entrance was extended, which made it possible to fit in some extra recreation areas, plus a sight-seeing balcony-shaped site atop the entrance group, accessible from Level 2.
