About the project
Well, although we are at a time when science has made great advances, natural disasters have taken on greater force when it comes to striking the cities in which we live, so it is important to analyse the processes of human settlement and the ways in which we mitigate these natural phenomena. On the basis of the foregoing, the decision was taken to analyse the territorial factors that increase or decrease the urban risks that may affect a city; in this case, the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal in the department of Risaralda, whose urban development in recent decades has been affected by a lack of territorial planning and progress in urban planning has been minimal.
