About the project (provided by the applicant)
This is a class project designed for a neighborhood in the premises of the former Plastpolymer industrial factory in St. Petersburg. The basic idea is building of round-shaped blocks connected with a common area at the ground level. Level 1 with a flat roof will take visitors to all kinds of functional zones. Listed cultural landmarks will be located in protected round areas. Two new chimneys will be used as art objects attracting attention to the yacht club and the business sector. Flower pots for garden lovers will contribute to networking and socializing.
