In late 2023, the Vyborgsky District Library System acquired a new space in a historic building located at 108 Bolshoy Sampsonievsky Avenue. The "Lanskaya" Cultural and Library Platform is designed to serve as a central hub for youth, uniting the functions of education, creativity, science, and public engagement by offering intellectually stimulating and creative services. The platform hosts creative projects, supports local cultural initiatives, and organizes events aimed at popularizing art, science, and local history.

The conceptual foundation builds on the multi-layered meaning of the word "platform": Railway Platform — a symbol of movement, transit, encounters, and new itineraries; Technological Platform — an environment for generating, testing, and launching ideas, media art, and research; Public Platform — an open tribune for expressing opinions, lectures, discussions, podcasts, and public events.
