About the project
In 2022, restoration works were completed in the multiapartment house in Moscow.
The works included restoration of the facade covering slabs, rail posts of the balcony were restored along with floral stucco and other destroyed decoration elements. Moreover, they restored the artificial marble on the walls of main entrances and the wooden window sashes, repaired the chipped stairs and the entrance oak doors.
The house at Povarskoy Street has been recognized as a cultural heritage site and named ‘The City Mansion Dating Back to the 18th Century – Side Wing’.
