The proposal covers the premises with high historic and cultural value.
Currently, there is a ruined estate built in the early 20th century by Gesellius-Lindgren-Saarinen architectural office.
After the estate was restored virtually, its visual pinnacles to be preserved were defined, but this design concept offers an alternative to such preservation. She offers to restore the lost dominant, use the frame to restore the silhouette of the tower, arrange multi-tier sight-seeing platforms, and the entrance group.
For better investment attractiveness of this place, the project also includes a tourist camp and many areas for all kinds of leisure and recreation.
