This house is located in the heart of the historic center of Saratov and surrounded by low- and medium-height buildings is a high-rise centerpiece. Moreover, it complements the urban environment and makes it more comfortable.
The facades feature Neo-Classical style, and the color palette complies with the historical context. Thanks to fine scale and proportions, this high-altitude house is especially expressive in terms of architecture. Its flat roofing can be accessed from both sections, and it was used to locate all the necessary areas, recreation zones, and green plants. 45 cars can be located in the underground parking, which is below the building and the surrounding grounds.
