About the project
The existing building stands in the center of the city, neighboring on the circus, the ice rink under construction, and the Iset embankment. Between the circus and the museum, there is a parking for trucks transporting the circus’s animals and equipment. An extension is designed with a foyer, two exhibition halls, one of them enabling transformation into an auditorium for 400 to 500 seats with a stage, administrative premises, classes, and a small hotel. Above the parking, there is a platform for 450 seats in the open.
