About the project
The development comprises seven 9-storeyed houses, located symmetrically against an accomplished pedestrian promenade. The noble hues of the facades are favorably emphasized by night lighting. Top floors feature bay windows, panoramic windows and open terraces. The effective parade façade contrasts on the totally private interior premises.
The Gravity development is designed with unique security solutions. Access to the premises is ensured via three central entrance groups with reception stands, security desks and lobbies. Two of them open to Alexander Matrosov Street, and another one – to Bolshoy Sampsonievsky Prospect.
Yards are closed off to vehicles. Here, the exclusive landscape design is implemented: there are places for leisure, sports, and playing games, as well as all-weather sites with giant chess and tennis tables.
