About the project
A house of 381 m2 features historic romanticism and stands on a slope of a hill, divided into three terraces, reinforced by retaining walls. The basement floor stands on the second terraces, its southern part completely hidden under the ground of the third terrace level.

At the bottom (the first one) level ponds are located. The main entrance to the house is arranged at the basement floor, and there are two additional entrances at the ground floor, leading to the large sitting room. Both parts of the house are decorated with towers – a round and a rectangular ones. Thebasementandthegroundfloorsaremadeofbrick. The basement and the stairs are faced with crushed stone, and at the ground floor, the brickwork is decorated with a wide gypsum moulding and rustics at the corners. The first and the second floors are made of monolith concrete, finished with decorative plastering. Thefoamframefacilitatedmaking ofcurvilinearshapes.
