About the project (provided by the applicant):
The building is located along the ring road, to the north of Baku. Situated on a steep terrain, the four-story structure, spanning approximately 1,000 square meters, features a complex spatial design.
All the residential areas face the lower part of the site, while the building’s facade facing the ring road is designed with a solid wall, providing effective sound insulation and ensuring acoustic comfort within. Family rooms, spread across different levels, are interconnected to form a cohesive space.
