About the project
Privilege Development is located at Krestovsky Island, taking three hectares along the Malaya Nevka embankment, from the Lazarevsky Bridge to the Bolshoy Krestovsky Bridge. Architectural solutions used here make the development similar to an ocean liner: semi-circular prominent facades face the Malaya Nevka, whereas balconies and terraces are designed as marine vessels boards.
