About the project
The Bright World. Quiet Harbor (“Svetly Mir. Tichaya Gavan”) residential development is being built on the reclaimed land of Vasilievsky Island.
The area of the residential complex consists of an external part, which is the open sea, and an inner yard, which is a quiet harbor. The pergolas provide spaces to rest and relax. Beacons on the hills ensure the space identity.
The yard’s landscape creates a sense of comfort and echoes the overall concept of the complex. The residents can relax and enjoy their time on the terrace of the summer kitchen, the barbecue spot or in the boat-shaped amphitheater. The sports area is equipped with exercise machines. The field intended for team sports has a platform. There are also playgrounds designed for children of different ages. All the equipment is made of eco-sustainable materials. The layout provides for a cycle lane and bike parking racks.
