About the project
The residential development is designed among the existing buildings. The land plot is limited by a pedestrian boulevard, a highway, and two streets that are under design.
The proposal includes a group of sector-type living buildings plus several high-rise centerpieces. Visual division of the facades into three parts typical for the old districts of the city was used to help the new facility fit into the urban environment. The corner sections are rounded like fortifications, but the zest of the project is finishing of the sectors with different materials - red aged brick, brick of dark and light shades, metal, and natural stone.
