The center is positioned along the regional highway R-251, with its main façade facing the road. The southern part of the site houses a parking lot, with a canopy for 126 vehicles. The facility also features a 500-meter runway and two covered hangars to ensure the safety of aircraft in adverse weather conditions.
The core design principle emphasizes a modular construction, which ensures high confidentiality of research work. A looped passage connects all the blocks, allowing different engineering and research teams to collaborate. This passage also offers an opportunity for guided tours, allowing visitors to observe the work of researchers and engineers.
The modular layout also allows for future expansion, accommodating additional research and development units, as well as garages and mechanical shops.
