About the project (provided by the applicant)
The customers were going to use this building as a weekend residence. They bought a house not far from the city, but its interior design hardly matched any of the customers’ requirements. That’s why the designers had to disassemble as much as possible and design the place from scratch.
The key inspiration was the lake, as the house stands near it. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, the views of the local terrain became part of the design. This is a place where one can have good rest after a long workweek. The material palette included only top-quality materials with curious textures.
