This residence of 180 sq. m. was built for lease and is located in the park hotel at the bank of the Lama River. Featuring the Constructivism style, the house will provide only positive experience for its tenants both in terms of staying out-of-town and enjoying the architecture.
The house have 4 floors with an entrance hall, a wardrobe, a sitting room, a diner, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a sauna at Level 1; a bedroom, a boudoir, a small walk-in wardrobe, and a bar with a private restroom at Level 2; a winter garden with a study at Level 3, and a sun parlor at Level 4.
