The business center has the shape of a rectangular block inclined towards the Ring Road, which makes it look a bit like a ship. Such an incline was required because of the local weather, which is windy and rainy because of the Gulf of Finland.
The style of the building refers to the Streamline style that was popular in the mid 20th century. It was the customer’s wish to bring the ambitiousness and dynamics of the building into the spotlight. As the building will most often be viewed from the side of the car road, which is from the distance of 100 to 200 meters, its shape is more of essence than details and textures.
