The Project is a luxurious villa located in Doha, Qetaifan Island with a 939 m2 floor area. It is a 3-storey modern house with 6 bedrooms. There is a pool overlooking the beach that is surrounded by the close spaces of the house to emphasize the importance of the presence of water in the house and the enjoyable feeling that it can bring. Creating semi-open spaces and terraces on different floors and expanding the living areas out of the interior boundaries is another characteristic of this project. Also, designing in such a way as to be in the best harmony with the climate and vernacular architecture in the form of a modern design is one of the important parts of our design.
