The site has an advantageous location along a water body, the Izhora River, which is why a beach existed here for a long period, up until the end of the 20th century. The design project provides for the creation of a quiet recreation area with pedestrian paths and cycle lanes, a beach, a pier, an observation deck with access down to the water, an open space with a canopy, and a children’s playground equipped for water play.
Information boards and parking for cars and bicycles are planned in close proximity to the entrance area. All functional zones are equipped with benches, litter bins, and energy-efficient landscape lighting.
