About the project
The base line of the town of Priozersk leads to the Vuoksa River through a green area, and the old railway station building stands there. The new station was also located there, its appearance based on red brick and linear development.
The new facility will comprise a multifunctional Kursaal (which is a tribute to the tradition from the old times when stations in resort towns were combined with concert halls under this name), a coworking zone, and a fitness house with a swimming pool. To make this place a landmark, different design tricks are used, and a winter garden is arranged.
