About the project
Since 1945, the library has been located in the listed house built in 1900 in Vyborg. As the town is getting more and more popular among tourists, the time has come to establish some new cultural and enlightenment venues. The key objective of the project was to make a highly urban proposal, a model that would facilitate the library’s communication with the citizens, tourists, power authorities, and other libraries.
