The contrast between the natural environment and the technological infrastructure of civilization evokes associations with cyberpunk aesthetics. A similar impression can be felt when looking back at the RTF-32 radio telescope of the Svetloe Observatory, which towers over the forest just 20 km from the site.

The aesthetics of abandoned industrial structures naturally "mutating" within the landscape are embodied in the design of the hotel, restaurant, spa, and residential units. The unpredictable evolution of nature under the influence of digital signals is expressed in the site's landscaping, where land art takes center stage—featuring luminescent dandelions, giant insects, and frozen visions. Media columns arranged along a grid organize the space and highlight the depth of the forest; serving as landmarks, they fulfill practical functions as Wi-Fi hotspots, charging stations, mosquito repellents, luminaires, and media displays.

Conceived as a cluster of anomalies, the eco-hotel offers corresponding leisure scenarios: AR performances, a gamified naturalists' club, and silent techno raves with headphones.
