Recreational and Tourism Complex at Lake Nakhimovskoye: Architectural Concept for Site Development

Designed to seamlessly integrate with its natural surroundings, this Recreational and Tourism Complex at Lake Nakhimovskoye offers a modern destination for year-round leisure. The project is located in the village of Tsvelodubovo in the Vyborgsky District of the Leningrad Region, 65 km from Saint Petersburg.

The architectural layout responds directly to the site’s topography, water frontage, and existing woodland. Organized around a central hotel building featuring a restaurant and an all-season pool, the grounds are divided into dynamic and peaceful recreational zones.

The complex features guest houses, a SPA area with hot tubs, an amphitheater, a beach, children's and sports grounds, bonfire and picnic spots, a promenade, and a pier. An accessible eco-trail serves as the primary unifying element, threading through the entire territory to seamlessly connect key spaces.
